*this is for all of the work we will be doing to propel you to the next level in your life and business. This mindset journal shouldn’t be shared with grocery lists, bills, etc. We’re training ourselves to display more efficient focus, be present, and show up for our goals. Feel free to change the name of your journal to something that fits you–success journal, happiness journal, and so on!
- A pen/pencil for your worksheets
- An open mind!
