Happy #InternationalPageantDay! A throwback from when I was crowned #MissVicksburg in 2011. Serving our community of Vicksburg, Mississippi/City of Vicksburg was such a blessing to me, my mom, and my loved ones, and I’m still blessed by the experience to this day. This post isn’t nearly long enough to share how the experience changed me as an individual & how I had the opportunity to change others’ lives. It was so much more than “just a beauty contest.” Grateful to God that dreams come true.
